By uploading photographs to our platform, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of such images or that you possess all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions for their publication and use within our service. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license to store, use, display, reproduce, modify (including cropping and adapting to the design of the templates), distribute, and publicly communicate your photographs within the context of the creation and viewing of your personal newspaper and for the promotion of our services. You are solely responsible for the content of the photographs you upload and you agree that they do not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other intellectual property or personal rights of third parties. You also warrant that the photographs are not defamatory, obscene, illegal, threatening, harassing, offensive, or inappropriate in any way. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, reject, remove, or modify any photograph that we consider to violate these terms or that may be harmful to our platform, other users, or third parties. While we respect your intellectual property rights in the individual photographs you upload, by using our pre-designed templates, you acknowledge and agree that the arrangement, structure, overall design, and graphic elements of these templates are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The license granted to you is solely for using these templates to create your personal newspaper, without the right to copy, modify, or distribute the design elements of the templates independently. We strive to implement reasonable security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your photographs against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, given the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that the transmission and storage of information involve inherent risks and you assume responsibility for any potential vulnerabilities. You acknowledge and agree that we may retain copies of your photographs even after your newspaper has been deleted or your account has been canceled, for the purpose of complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, or for other legitimate purposes.
